At The Teepover Club we understand people may be hesitant to book parties and events in the current climate, however we want to reassure you that when you book a party with us during the COVID-19 Pandemic, you will be covered by our “COVID Peace of Mind Guarantee” which offers peace of mind should your party be affected by the Pandemic.

 

We believe that every child deserves a magical birthday to remember for all the right reasons so if your party is unable to go ahead due to any of the circumstances outlined below, where possible we would encourage you to either change your booking to a “Teepover in a Box", our contactless delivery service for Same House Sleepovers, or postpone your party to a later date giving you all something to look forward to. If neither of these options are suitable for you, we will offer a full refund of monies paid*.

 

Our COVID Peace of Mind Guarantee ensures you can reschedule your party with no additional costs or receive a refund in the following circumstances:

• If the country (or your local area) has been put into Lockdown for your party date, prohibiting the mixing of households

• If a member of your household is unwell with COVID-19 Symptoms and / or you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 in your household

​

• If The Teepover Club needs to cancel your party due to COVID-19 Symptoms and / or confirmed cases within the team’s household
