Booking

 

How do I book a party?

There are a number of ways to book a party, please visit our Contact Us page. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements and send you a booking form.

 

What areas do you cover?

We offer free delivery and collection within a 10mile radius each of our franchise bases (located in Whiteley, New Forest East & Stroud). We are happy to travel beyond this distance, but there will be a small additional fee for the extra miles.

 

What is included in the price?

For the teepee packages, the price includes a one-night hire of the following: 

- One CE Certified A-Frame teepee per person with...

- Comfy foam mattresses

- Bedding including mattress and pillow protectors, fleece blanket, sheet and pillow with case 

- Quality decorative cushions 

- One Bed tray per person 

- Beautiful themed accessories (dependent on your chosen theme)

- Battery operated, CE Certified decorative fairy lights 

- Lanterns or night lights 

- Cosy rugs 

- Letterboard with personalised message of your choice 

- Instagram photo prop frame 

- Midnight feast crate for you to fill with treats of your choice

Can I keep the items? 

All items are for hire use only and will be collected the day after your party to allow for other boys and girls to experience their wonderful teepee sleepover. 

 

What age range do you cater for?

The teepees are designed to be used by children aged 6 and over, under strict adult supervision… and there is no upper age limit!

 

How long is the hire period?

We arrive to set up your teepee sleepover during the day at a mutually agreed time and return the next day to pack it all away. If you would like to hire the equipment for more than one night this can be arranged, subject to availability, at an additional cost. Please mention this at the time of booking.

 

 

The Teepover Club Equipment

 

Is the bedding and linen provided?

Yes, each mattress comes with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, fleece blanket and pillow with pillow protector and case.

Is the bedding washed after each use?

Absolutely, we take hygiene very seriously and all bedding is washed with anti-bacterial and non-biological detergents and fabric softeners after every use. Decorative items and accessories are disinfected, and spot cleaned after each teepee sleepover.

 

What kind of mattresses do you use?

We use 14cm deep foam mattresses for ultimate comfort. These mattresses are 58.5cm wide by 165cm in length and have removable, washable covers.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Please ask if you require a copy of our certificate.

Logistics

​

Can you set up my teepee sleepover party outside?
No, you can avoid the mud and rain – our teepees are for indoor use only. 

​

Do you stay and host the teepee sleepover parties?

No, we will come to your house, set up your teepee sleepover, and then leave you to enjoy your party in private. We will then return the next day to collect everything.

 

How long does it take to set up and pack down?

On average our teepee sleepovers take about 1 hour to set up, with larger parties taking up to 2 hours however, the exact time depends on the theme and number of teepees you have booked. We do ask that all furniture is moved, if necessary, before we arrive. Pack down usually takes approx 30mins.

How much room do I need?

The overall approximate area required for each teepee is 180x90cm, this includes the bed tray and mattress. The wigwams are slightly wider, they require 180x110cms. Please ensure you have enough space for all teepees / wigwams prior to booking as refunds will not be given if there is insufficient space.

 

We can arrange the teepees in many configurations to suit your space and will always do our best to accommodate the teepees and equipment, but for health and safety purposes, we must ensure there are clear entrances and exits from the room in case of emergencies. 

 

Do I need to supply power?

No, all our lights are battery powered LEDs (that we provide).

 

Can the lights be left on overnight?

All lights provided are battery operated and may be left on safely overnight for those who are nervous of the dark, although can be turned off if required.

Do I need to wash any items?

No, that’s the beauty of it – there is no washing for you! We kindly ask that all items (including lights) are left in the area where they were set up.

 

 

Payment

When do I pay?

​We require a £10 per person deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your teepee sleepover party.

​

What is your Cancellation Policy?

The final numbers and choices must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the date of the booking. Any booking reductions after this time will still be charged for at the previous rate, with no refunds due. 

  • Cancellation of a booking up to 14 days prior to the party will forfeit the deposit paid

  • Cancellation of a booking after 14 days prior to the party will unfortunately forfeit all monies paid which at this point, should be the full balance. It is down to The Teepover Club’s discretion whether the party can be rescheduled at this point.

 

What happens if something goes missing or gets damaged?

Along with your final payment, you are also required to make a £100 refundable damage deposit payment. This deposit is paid back once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested (normally within 24 hours). 

 

If items do go missing or are damaged beyond repair, the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your damage deposit and you will be required to pay the balance if this exceeds the deposit amount. The full list of items and charges is itemised at the bottom of the booking form.
